About the event
Students will learn a simple weaving technique without a loom using basic materials you can find at home! This is a very approachable way to use up spare yarn at home and create a placemat for your dinner tables, to put underneath a plant pot, on top of a chair or stool, as a centerpiece, etc.

About the Instructor:
Raelynn Jewison lives in Muskegon Michigan and teaches art at Muskegon High School. She has been a public school teacher for going on 6 years now. In her spare time she loves to teach workshops, submit work to art shows, and sell her artwork as a vendor. Raelynn's main artistic medium and passion is pottery but she loves and explores all mediums.
