Wee Hearts Art Time

Children ages 3-5 and their grown up are invited for a weekly class of fun and creativity! Led by Shannon Donley, each Wee Hearts Art class begins with a story, game or activity, followed by an engaging art project. Grown ups will be given a Parent Extension Page with ideas for the ride home or ways to expand upon that week's activity.

What to wear...

Creativity is messy! While Shannon chooses washable materials, there may be some labor involved in completely cleaning a item of clothing. You may consider choosing an Art Time outfit that your student can wear each week that can get messy!

About the Instructor:

Shannon Donley is a retired teacher with 28 years experience in education and early childhood. She taught Kindergarten and Music classes in schools in Illinois and taught Preschool after moving back to Michigan. She is very happy to offer these child-focused, and process-oriented classes for children and their special loved ones.

COVID-19 Considerations:

We kindly request that all students and grown ups wear a mask. If a little one struggles to keep their mask on throughout the entire class, that is OK - we'll just do the best we can!
