Establish a regular writing practice in support of your creative goals. Whether you want to write a book, blog, or regularly journal, explore ways to cultivate time, space, and attention for a consistent and meaningful writing practice. Using stillness, writing prompts, sharing, and supportive feedback, this reflective writing circle is open to writers of all levels. Please bring your journal and something to write with.

About the Instructor:
Sandra Mitchell writes from her studio near the beaches of Lake Michigan in Norton Shores. She holds a degree in English literature, and facilitates writing circles and serves as a retreat guide. Sandra also offers writing, marketing, and coaching services to those with creative practices, wellness practices, ministries, soulful entrepreneurships, and good causes.
