Rent ACWL-Nuveen for your next party, meeting, or event. Every room of our inviting space features artwork which creates a warm atmosphere and gives all your guests something to discuss.
Rental prices
$50 per hour to rent the whole space
$25 per hour to rent one room during our gallery hours
$50 per hour to rent one room after closing.
Cleaning Fee
An additional $50 cleaning fee will be added to any rental.
Kids Party Rental Price
We charge $255 for a 2 hour party for kids. That cost includes a 45 minute art activity during the event, an hour of setup time prior to the event, and a half hour of clean-up time after the event. 6 is the minimum age for children attending this event and10 kids is the maximum number of children we can accommodate. Please note that, due to space limitations, there may not be enough room for every child to have an adult accompany them.
Art-Themed Parties
ACWL-Nuveen can also host art-themed parties, such as our pet painting parties. Reach out for more information on themed party options.
Equipment
If you need a television, tables, speakers, or other presentation materials for your event, let us know and we can provide more details.
